A few things of note

There are a few things I want to mention.

1) I updated my Projects page. You can get their from the right hand menu. That’s where my NaNo writing counter is so I’m not going to post it here to the front page everyday. I won’t be able not to brag about my word count but you’ll have to go there to actually see the cool graphic that represents it. ๐Ÿ˜›

2) I want to thank the person who was very kind to me and lent me a laptop that they weren’t using. I can’t thank you enough. You get a free copy of the book (providing you read urban fantasy ‘drivil’….I promise you and Flagg it’ll be better then Charmed) [I like Charmed but hey that’s me]

3) Last night I did a bit of plot work before bed. I was pretty happy that I was able to set aside those issues beside making my 1667 word goal for the day. Today between work breaks I formated the manuscript and finished gathering my question-airs to tighten up my plot so I can concentrate on writing. I also tracked down some research to help with motivation for my world. So now I have to finish the question-airs and read the research to finish that stuff up.

I almost weaselled out of writing today, but got an idea for a scene I knew I wanted and wrote it out. I didn’t quite make my 1667 quota but I got very close. 300 words short isn’t bad considering I wasn’t going to write at all. Fellow NaNo’ers, you can breath a sigh of relief…I didn’t fully succumb.

I also over came my urge to say that I couldn’t write a scene unless it was in order, but we all know that doesn’t make sense. Take what the muse gives ya and run with it.

4)Though it doesn’t necessarily concnern any of you reading this, I am giving the final declaration that you can no longer read this from your LJ friends list. Sadly you have to bookmark this page or put my RSS feed into a reader if you want to keep up. I don’t like it but that’s the way the wind blew here. I bend like a willow, lest I break. (oh brother)

Ok…I’m off to go catch up with some TV, do a bit of writing work, and sleep soon hopefully. Everyone wish me luck for tomorrow’s karate class.
