Hey everyone!!! I finally got my drugs!!! Lol…look at me, Kimi the junkie. Nah…not really. Seriously, I got a hold of the doctor today and got my prescription(s). I had no idea I was going to have to lead up to the max streanght of effexor. So I started today on the lowest dosage, go for a week. Then I go to the medium dosage for a week, and then after that I’m on the strongest dosage. So far I haven’t noticed any side effects. I’ll keep you posted. Looks like I’m going to have to keep taking the beta blockers. I haven’t taken them for a few days and my hands are back to shaking.
My early New Year’s Resolution is working out well. I’ve done fairly well eating and managed to work out most every day so far. I have a program that I found that helps me know how much calorie intake I’m doing per day and what I’m expending per exercise sessions. I’m suppose to maintain under 1500 calories a day to loose 40lbs by June 26. For the most part, if I avoid candy it looks like I will make it. Oh…and coke.
I made my quota on Keen this month, reaching 600 dollars. I probably would have made more if this month hadn’t have been so busy with xmas and my bday. I have to admit that it’s mostly thanks to Chard, Tiree, and Jediastor cause they’ve spent alot of money on me calling to chat! And I love chatting with them, they’ve been really cool to talk to.
Tat and Daddy have been working hard on their new job. I’m really proud of all of the hard work. They’ll be going in at 9am tomorrow and working all day. I’ll be hanging out and doing my own kinda work here at the house. So you can come into chat with me ๐
