Well it figures. It’s 4:30am and I’m pretty much wide awake. I tried to lay down at about 3am and have been tossing and turning since. I guess this just means I’ll sleep good on the airplane. LOL. Amazing…the only time I want to try to go to sleep…I can’t. The rest of the time I seem to fall into a coma at the drop of a hat! Oh well…we’ve got everything packed. We’ve been over our list a dozen times and we know where everything is.
I want to thank everyone who’s sent us well wishes for our trip. We got to speak to Pouncer tonight who’s actually in the US as we speak. He assured me that I wouldn’t have a problem fitting in among the glamorous cooler then they should be Cali people. I am a bit nervous about being the geeky Kansas girl walking down the streets of Beverly Hills. It’ll kinda be like “Pretty Woman” only I don’t look as good as Julia Roberts :grins:
Anyway, I’m sure we’ll have a great time and we plan on memorizing everything that happens to us so we can tell you all about it. We are taking a Mavica so we can take tons of pictures easily without the enormous cost of film and we’ll have the video camera too. Now we just gotta find other people to take our picture so it’s not just Tat or just me in the picture. ๐ See ya when we get back!
