Happy 4th guys. Yesterday went a little better then Monday. Actually I was ridding a pretty big high from the tough workout I did with Joe and by myself. He was very pleased with what I’d been eating so I was pretty happy. I was so not into working last night but I did some archives, some mail, and a few other minor things.
There isn’t much on today’s schedule except the same old thing, work. I’m hoping to get motivated enough to go downstairs and tredmil but other then that I have journals, archives, and if I’m up to Keen to do. I really really wish I knew where that damn cross stich was. Anyway..I’ll see ya in the chat room.
