Hey. I”m back home and we’ve learned a very important lesson for the day. Never…ever go workout if you haven’t eaten yet. You do need to wait an hour or so to let things digest or you’ll just end up burning what you just ate instead of stored fat…but….no food before working out is only gonna make me sick and increase my headache. So I’m home. Only did 30 mins but it’s better then nothing and at least my minimum. I’m gonna be doing some work and I’m in chat. ๐
