Diffrent Day, Different Diet

Well after examining my progress as well as my energy for the last two weeks Daddy (and I agree) has decided that we need to modify our diet. We are going the 40/40/20 route. That’s 40 carbs, 40 protein, and 20 fat. After figuring out my numbers I have to eat 125 grams of protein every day. Easy for some…hard for me. I’m not big into protein but I’m working on it. The carbs won’t be a problem. I don’t even know if I’d eat that many and the fat isn’t too hard. ๐Ÿ™‚ So I’ll let you know how it goes. ๐Ÿ˜‰
