Just finished up my workout. Today was hard to do. Didn’t have the motivation. I didn’t do the pushups to give my arm a rest.
30 mins eliptical trainer – interval levels. Went as high as lv 5 out of 7
20 situps
Important workout tip:
If you are new to intervals…feeling a bit queasy because of it…don’t watch Species 2 while you workout.
As a side note…I helped with a Police Tactics class today helping teach the local police. Me and the other female in the school mostly milled around giving out 2cents while the big guys worked with the cops.
Sensei came up to me during the class and commented on my wearing eye makeup. I rarely wear makeup to class…it wears off and there’s no sense getting makeup on gi’s of the guys I’m fighting. I told him that I had to make sure T(the girl) didn’t show me up since he told her to “Fancy up” when she came (jokingly). It made me self-conscious for a while but the class seemed to go well. I’m hoping eventually my self-confidence will come back.
