I fell into a coma yesterday that thourougly kicked my ass. I’m hoping I have caught up on whatever amount of sleep I apprarently needed. Daddy’s home and we are heading to Flagg’s for a bit then back here for work I”m sure. I’m being bitchy and I need to cut it out. No particular reason…just am. Anyway, I wanted to write down what I did manage to do workout wise yesterday.
Friday – 20 abs
Sat – Squats 3 sets
abductors and adductors 3 sets
