I spoke with Frank the guy who did Tatsumi’s dragon and he’s going to be doing [[Daddy]]’s tattoo. He has an appointment on Friday at 7pm. It’s going to cost us 50 (the minimum) just to get the line added to my tattoo but he feels it’s worth it. Like I said, just enough to feed the jones and more then enough to make me wish I could get more. Ah well…at least it’s motivation to workout.

Tat will be coming down on Friday to hang out with us while we get it done. I’m glad she can join us. She’s also been wanting to show Frank the work he did on her so now is her chance.

Here’s what I’ve done workout wise:

I haven’t been fully keeping track of my workouts but here’s a thumbnail sketch starting last Friday.

Friday – 50 girl pushups, 50 abs
Saturday – 75 girl pushups, 75 abs
Sunday – 100 girl pushups, 50 abs
Monday – 20 min heavy karate workout, included about 40 real pushups and about 75 abs of various types.
Tuesday – 50 girl pushups, about 30 real pushups. 50 abs
Wed – 25 girl pushups, 75 real pushups. 25 abs. 25 mins eliptical trainer inverval routine
