We’re all back home safe and sound. We left today around noon and got Tat to her house around 6pm or so. Daddy made kick ass time on the trip back. Tat and I slept mostly and Daddy did his thing and listened to the audio version of Snow Crash. I’m gonna really have to go and read it now. I don’t think I got all the way through it and favoured Diamond Age as a substitute. It sounds alot like the Archangel Series which I loved so as always I should have listened to him in the first place. LOL
We had a good time with my folks. The RV that you could see in the picture behind my Dad is where we slept. It was really nice to have a place of our own where we could hang out and Tat could be nude with no problems if she wanted. I slept with Daddy one night, Tat and I took a nap together, and then Tat and Daddy got a night in the bed together. So it all worked out just good.
I hope you enjoyed all the pics I took. I’m gonna go tomorrow over to flickr and name and tag all of them. We also took a few regular camera pics that Daddy’s mom is going to get developed for us tomorrow. I didn’t work out like I kinda wanted to but I suppose that was my last vacation for a while. 
My mom bought me some jewelry at Walmart which only gave me more motivation for that flat tummy. I got a few toe rings too. I was going to buy some earrings but now I’m glad I didn’t cause I just don’t think my ears are happy wearing them anymore…at least not the cheap ones. So I’ll get my jewelry jag out on toe rings and navel rings when the time comes. I use to have a million earrings…looks like my Mom took that over for me which is good cause now I know another thing to get her from Xmas.
My Dad and I had alot of fun hanging out. Daddy and I went to see Transporter 2 with my mom and Dad in this dead little movie theatre. I’m serious when I say dead. In a room to seat about 300 it was just the 4 of us. I think there was one other patron among the 4 movie rooms. The new movie theatre is gobbling up this one like no tomorrow. LOL but it was fun and that’s what counts. We had a cook out and hung out and chatted. Tat got to send the weekend with my Aunt’s two Labs which made her VERY happy and less home sick for her puppies. She also got a chance to catch up on sleep, rest, and a book so I’m glad she wasn’t totally bored. She also got to do the “family thing” and listen to my aunt rant for a few hours while we were at the movies. I think Tat knows more about that circle of my family then I do. Guess that happens when you don’t ask questions. LOL
I gave my Dad and Mom a Tarot reading this morning before we left. Whether I’m real or not I at least got to get in some advice to my Dad that maybe he’ll listen to. He’s got a lot of concerns and if I even helped a little I’ll be happy. It was REALLY nice to see both of the…to hug on them and stuff. I forgot how much I enjoyed just cuddling up to my mom while we sat around. It was a very safe loved feeling. No wonder I’m an affection freak.
I’m not sure if Daddy is gonna write about his experience or not but that’s the gist of my thoughts on it.
My story has changed. I told you I’d spend some time thinking on it while I was gone. LOL Daddy really helped me flesh out some things and I’m glad cause I really like the concept much better now. I’m using the Urban Arcana Game system to help give me ideas and stuff but I’m sticking with the title “House of Cards”. The protagonist is still female with some magical ability and can read Tarot Cards. I’m still using the special deck I had planned and will use the suicide as my plot device. However, this is not going to be a romance. The purpose for this book is to introduce my characters, the world, and the philosophies that the world works on. I’m hoping this can turn into a series and I think it has real potential to. That’s all I’m sharing for now. I still have to flesh out some of the world and how it works. I want to flesh out the main characters a bit at least for this first book and do a plot outline for the meta story and then I think I’ll be set to start in on it.
