Thank you to everyone who wished me a happy birthday. It was nice to get so many well wishes. ๐
I had the day off but I did more then I surpisingly intended. My karma went up about 10 points I think. I went on some errands and we got animated reindeer for the front of the house. I spent an hour with Daddy putting them up outside. I’ll take a pic tomorrow.
Tat came over and we had dinner (pork chops) then opened my gifts. I got some money, a gc for a massage (YES), a page boy cap, and a new calander. Some of the festivities got postponed while we wait for some things to come in. We are going to Red Lobster for the family bday on Friday nite.
Tat has suggested to Daddy that we have a “self-annointed” birthday some other day of the year since ours are so close to christmas it’s hard to really celebrate. So she’s picked a day in July (she can tell you all if she wants) and I have picked May 5th. I liked the idea (as Daddy suggested) that that’s the day people celebrate Mardi Gras so it’s perfect that they are celebrating ME! LOL Yeah I know I”m increadibly arrogant.
I set up an interview with Jackie Kessler for Tale Chasing next week. She writes an urban fantasy series about a female demon. ๐ I’m looking forward to it.
Ok…bed for me. Hopefully I can get back to my work out schedule soon and I’ll get back on track writing shortly along with that. ๐
