On the road to awesome!

I can’t totally remember so I’ll go backwards. My food hasn’t been excellent but we will work on that.

20th Sunday – 10 mins bike – 40 situps / 20 pushups

19th Saturday – 1 hour (lifting/cleaning/moving) 40 situps/ 10 pushups

18th Friday – 1 hour activity (teaching)

17th Thursday – 1 hour (karate)

16th Wednesday – Moving boxes

15th Tuesday – Moving

14th Monday – 1 hour Karate

13th Sunday – 8 hours moving, cleaning

12th Saturday – 2 hours cleaning/moving

11th Friday – 2 hours moving/cleaning

10th Thursday – 1 hour Karate

7th Monday – 1 hour Karate
