Off to workout
Well gang, I’m off to workout. I’d really love to stay home and go to sleep…it’s been a very stressful kind of last 4 days but I have to start looking at my workouts as if they are Karate. Otherwise I won’t reach my goals. 🙂
So it’s 30 mins at Curves and an hour and change at yoga. 🙂 I’ll let you know how it goes.
