Kimi Workout

I’m trying to get better with food. Thought I’d share what I do when I workout. Might make it a habit for those who want to know. Today was my first day back on the crosstrainer.

6 mins on the crosstrainer (building my way back up to help my foot)

All at 20lbs

Chest press 3sets/8reps

Butterfly 3sets/8reps

Shoulder raises 3sets/8 reps

Seated Row 3sets/8reps

crunches 50

cross overs 25 on each side

lower abs 50

obliques 50 each side

pushups (girl) 20 for bicepts 20 for tricepts
