Workout/TES

Tonight Daddy and I are heading into TES to watch a demo on Military style take downs. Considering we just helped teach a police class and I was on the recieving end of such a take down this should be interesting. 🙂

My workout for today was:

30 mins intervals on eliptical trainer – lv 5 out of 7

20 min weights:

bicepts,tricpets,shoulders,chest all 3×15

40 pushups and abs
