I’m doing ok. I’m really tired but fairly stable. I learned something new this weekend and later when I’m in the mood to write more I’ll share it. 🙂 Other then that I’m looking forward to the next time I get to see Adam. He’s been working hard and I’d like to be able to provide a distraction for him so he can relieve some stress.

I’ll be so glad when the meds fully kick in. I had a really hard night with nightmares and my gremlin pitching in. As was so aptly told to me this morning “Your gremlin is throwing a party. Your the neighbor downstairs while they blare the loud music.” It made me laugh. I really needed that. I can’t say thank you enough.

For the second day in a row I’m awake and Daddy’s asleep. I feel somewhat bad about this because part of my job is to keep him company in those late night runs for the finish line. Sometimes part of me feels like I get more work done when he’s not in the room. Am I avoiding my job or is it the feeling of me working hard while he rests for a change that I’m grooving on?

Did pretty well over all today. Didn’t get a ton of sleep but that happens occasionally. Nothing really exciting happened today but I didn’t want to not post. So um….hi! 🙂

There have been quite a few times lately when I’ve needed to just chill out and relax. I have tried hard not to make this insanity anyone else’s problem but I guess everyone needs a helping hand now and then. Luckily I’ve had a few people around to remind me of that. 🙂

As you can see I have a beautiful new header! (those of you who are friended or rssing me need to click here and come look!) Kabuki is my favorite comic done by David Mack. I’ve met him several times at DragonCon. My favorite character from Kabuki is Scarab who you can see at the top! 🙂 I love her strength, her back story, the mask she wears and her outfit. I love everything about her. Tat helped me design her with the shadow behind her which I thought was pretty fitting. My only problem was coming up with a cute and catchy saying under my title that fit. Anyone who has some ideas…feel free.

So what is it with girls and being all freaking mushy? Why the frick do I want a “song”? LOL Ok nevermind…I know why. Every girl gets all gooey inside thinking that the lyrics were written just for them and that the singer is singing to them. That they are so special someone wrote a song just for them. Sometimes you find a song and it just sounds so perfect and makes you do that contented sigh. I have one in mind…I’ll never confess what it is. 😛

Ok first…I HATE my glasses. Not only do I not like how I look with them on but they hurt. *pout* I get to go to the dr. tomorrow before karate and get my eyes examined and then get contacts! Yay! Right now the size of the headache I have is enormous. After I write this up I’m going to be heading back to a hole to not look at anything.
