Just the normal week
Hey gang! It’s just the normal week around here so far. Yesterday I had one of my killer headaches all day. It’s still lingering but I’m doing better. Today it’s regular work and so on.

We have Heat…
Actually we got our heat back by the end of the night when it went away…I just got busy and didn’t get a chance to write you all about it. 🙂 I’m working my way through the pile of work on my desk. I got a few things scanned in for the investor proposal we are working on. I think we’ll be able to get it out soon.

Heat? What's Heat?
Ok so I know I griped not to long ago about how there isn’t much heat at his Mom’s house but damn! This morning, as I was tucked soundly under lots of covers and a heat blanket, apparently the heater in the house decided no heat was a better option. The heater blew and Daddy and his Mom went out to search for floor heaters. They came back with two and we have on in the computer room. Our room is pretty toasty but the rest of the house is freezing. Unfortunately, it looks like I’ll be wrapped in layers until Spring. 🙁

I went all the way down to the Dr’s Office to get my exam to see if I can get Medicade and they won’t take the form that says that Medicade will pay for the exam. Grrr…

Ooops goes the 'Net
I don’t know if you heard about it but the net went down for a bit today in spots. Daddy spent some time this morning protecting our server from the bug let loose to destroy and wreck much havoc on the net. Because of that he took the database off line so some of you who tried to get into the site were unable to.

Well as you see…I’m still not back up yet. My bad, it wasn’t the fan it was the power supply. Daddy found one but it didn’t fit in it so we had to go get me a case 🙁 There are computer pieces EVERYWHERE in the office at home. LOL I assume he’ll get it back up sometime tomorrow. He’s in the middle of a contract so that’s taking some of his time too. 🙂

Off on Errands
It’s a sunny VERY COLD day and I’m off to run some errands with Daddy’s Mom. She’s been nice enough to offer to come with me to Jersey City. Since my insurance went the way of the wind a while back I’ve been trying to find ways to lessen the costs.

Reminder
I wanted to remind everyone that one of our visitors doesn’t like to be on cam much. So when they are around we turn the cam until I or Tat come over to the Office.

It looks like we are back on 1st shift for a bit. We went to bed very early last night and got up around 9:30am. I dove right into Monday with calling creditors and yelling at people to correct things they messed up. After a few errands I took a small break to get ready for karate.

Ok. I’m scared shitless. I can say that…it’s my website! :grins: But I am. At 2pm I will be talking for an hour and a half and well…I’m going to be winging it. Start praying for me now. 🙂

Made it to Ohio OK!
After a major snowstorm in the mountains, a few hours asleep in the car at a closed restaurant and 14.5 hours of non stop fun I made it in safe and sound here at the hotel. I already started taking pictures here, so expect to see some of what is going on with me later on tonight!

Daddy Got new Glasses
Well Daddy is sporting new glasses! It only took us 4 hours but hey…it’s worth it right? He’s going to be doing a blog of his own soon, complete with a picture so I’ll point you at it when he gets it up!
