Ok…I’ll admit it. The beach wasn’t that bad. It has some things it needs to work on but over all it has alot of good qualities. I did :gasp: get naked and lay out in the sun but Tat was very good and watched me very carefully to make sure I didn’t burn. Honestly, I don’t think I even got even that much sun. I was starting to turn pink when we left but it seems to have all gone away. At least to my eyes.

Hi everyone. Just a quick note to let you know I live. 🙂 I took a Step class this evening and actually made it all the way through it. 🙂 Yeah me! 😉 I also went to the Lawyer with Daddy to discuss buisness stuff. It made me very excited about things to come. I was pointed in the direction of a very good site for some of the stuff we want to do so that will be useful too!

Busy, busy, busy!! 😉 I was able to sleep a little longer today then I thought I’d get to but I got up, ate, then “imped” from 1 to 3 when Tat showed up and took me to the gym for my training appointment. Joe pretty much tried to kill me to make up for last week’s low effort workout since I had karate that night. I did ok :LOL: I found out that he got 5th place in the Competition he did over the weekend. He says that was better then the last time he went. 🙂

Hey guys! Today was a very busy day. Tat and I got up and headed to her first appointment. I slept through it…how sad is that? Then we headed to an OBGYN appointment god help me. We waited over an hour to be seen and didn’t get out until 5pm. We headed straight to my place where I downed some ceral then headed straight to teach and take my class. Class went well and I enjoyed the teaching. We got home and I ate and caught up with my mail, started research on a Majestic project I’m helping with and researched a few other things.

We had a great time tonight chilling and watching bad tv. 🙂 I spent about 30min working out my calorie numbers to see if I could eat cavatelli and brocolli with chicken. 🙂 I could :Grins: Tat’s teased me with some oreo’s but I endured LOL. Tat did decide to do some work though and made an awsome (better late then never) July Feature of Sierra!

Hope everyone had a great Saturday. I got to watch a few movies and chill out a little bit. Daddy’s Mom got a copy of Close Encounters and we watched the making of it with her. She was so excited. I’ve been hanging out in the chat room and doing some online stuff for a bit. Looks like we’ll be going to see Planet of the Apes tomorrow with Tat. 😉 This upcoming weekend we’ll all be going to a BDSM convention. Pictures will probably ensue. 🙂

Hola! I’m over at Tat’s and will be staying the night. Daddy and I left early in the A.M. to come over here so we could get up and go see Planet of the Apes this afternoon. Review to follow soon. 🙂 Anyway…Tat has to come down by my place tomorrow so I decided to stay and chill with her and drive back with her tomorrow. The girl party has already started…we colored her hair..now all we have to do is find movies to watch and make tons of food we have no intention of eating. 🙂

Hi there! 😉 Had a decent day. Worked out for an hour while Daddy was away at a client’s office. When he got back we went and taught class for two hours then we got home and he headed to Tats. I spent some time doing research on some things and talking with a few really cool people. Before I knew it was after 1am and I was thinking I should head to bed. 🙂 As far as I know…not big plans for the weekend. 🙂

Ok…so if it works for Daddy…maybe…just MAYBE it’ll work for me. :Grins: I’m doubting it but it can’t hurt a girl to try right? SO….I’m watching TV and I see an add about the upcomming MatchBox20 (whom I LOVE…only slightly less then Angelina Jolie and that’s saying alot) concert being held here in Homdale, NJ on Augest 21. So…um…ah…anyone wanna buy me some tickets? I am..mostly kidding. 🙂

I am sooooo proud of myself. I went and worked an hour and a few with my Trainer and came home to head straight out to Karate class. I was pretty worried the stamina wouldn’t be there for me but I did really well! I even pulled off my throw IN FRONT of Sensei. 🙂 Yeah me!!! I kinda slumped off the “diet” this weekend and I’m pretty ashamed about that but I’ve promised myself I’m going to be better. Speaking of which…anyone wanna chip in and help me buy a bike to go out side ridding on?? :grins:

Hiya 😉 The meeting this morning went well. Right now we’ll be trading our skill from some of their knowledge since they are a little farther along in the process of finding investments. I had a little bit of time to relax before I had to go to my Training appointment. Now I’m back and getting off to my Karate school. I’ll be home later tonight in chat. :O)

Hey 🙂 It was a decent Sunday. Daddy and I went to see Kiss of the Dragon and I really liked it…and not just cause I lust after Jet Li. :0Tat got here around 11:30pm and we went to the diner. She’s asleep and I’m going soon after her. 🙂 Hope you all had a good weekend.

Hiya. Well today was pretty good. I seem to have discovered something. I am not tired when I have something that I am interested that engages my brain. Though I have been doing some work on archives and such, the interaction I’ve had with Majestic has kept me fully awake during these last few days. No wanting to nap, etc. I did get a little sleepy when I was karate tonight teaching…but that happens when you have kids who don’t listen to you. 🙂

Ok so I’m running a little late! I got about 8 hours of sleep and got up just in time to be able to try and print out a photo for my Sensei. I had a horrible time finding the color card for the scanner so that we could scan in pictures accurately but found it right before we headed off to class. Class was pretty ok…The first class was the little kids and I got to spend alot of time helping them learn to roll over their shoulders and take a back breakfall. 10 mins before their class was over I got to get on my knees and show them how to take a fall from the throw where you nudge them in the middle of their chest then pull their legs out from beneath them. LOL Three of the kids thought it was really fun, one of the others who doesn’t much like falling was a little harder to convince. We finally got him to do it but I still think he’s leary of the whole thing. 🙂 By the time my class came I was running out of steam but made it through the exercises so that’s good!

Boo! Well I spoke briefly from Tiree who’s heading off on a vactation. KewlBrew is currently on vacation but took a little time to come and say hi and check in on us. The chat room has been really dead lately. I think it’s cause of Summer and everyone is out doing their own thing.

Morning everyone. Look at me, actually up before 2 in the afternoon. Scary. Tat got up around 8:30 and went to her first appointment. She poked me at 9:15 when she got back and I went and had breakfast with her. Her and Daddy just went to pick up Flagg and then Daddy, I and Flagg will be heading to meet a potential client. Cross your fingers. Tat has some other errands to run today. She’ll probably be heading home late this afternoon. I’ll be back sometime around 1 and maybe off to the gym after 5 for a bit. We’ll see. Hey all. Thought I’d say hello and let you know we’re alive. Tat is here after a very long day of work. She’s napping for a bit then she’ll get up for a while for some TV and stuff. She has a big day tomorrow of appointments and Daddy and I have a client to go see early in the morning. I hope to get to the gym tomorrow but other then that not much is planned. Hey gang! Just got back from the Dr’s and I’ll be running off to teach and then take my class. Figured you would all like to know what he had to say. Basically, it comes down to this. There isn’t anything immediate we need to do for my Thyroiditis. Eventually (we don’t know when) my Thyroid will go away because of the antibodies attacking it. As it gets diminished we will up my thyroid meds to compensate for it. When it’s gone there is a good possibility I will develop nodules. Once that happens I’ll probably ask for surgery because it’s possible the nodules will become cancerous.
