Today had some ups and downs but it seemed like it was a little easier to get over and move on. I sometimes don’t like feeling like that because when I look back on it it seems like I went “oh well…deal” and that’s not the proper attitude towards mistakes made. I’m sure it’s not like that but it’s how it feels looking back on it. Does this make sense to anyone but me?

Got some decent sleep today though I was up and down over the night to get Daddy some things. We are heading off to karate and I’m hoping he’ll get a chance to leave early with the work he’s got to get done. I think as long as his conscious doesn’t get the better of him he’ll be fine.

God decided to pull a cruel joke on me today. After having gotten up and making Daddy breakfast, in which Daddy was in a pretty good mood and he was fairly happy with me…he promptly found the 9k worth of software…..

So yesterday I went to UMDNJ to apply for charity care and go to the Crisis Center to see about depression meds. I planned to go early and I had originally thought I’d be going by myself by cab or bus. But Monday Daddy’s mom told me she’d take me. So I thought…”cool”.

Since I don’t have any other way to get a hold of Silver Gh0st….this is for him if he happens to come and look at the site. My machine froze up and now I keep having an error when I try and run the game. I’ll try and be back but I don’t know what I have to do it fix it. Sorry about dropping on you.

It’s been a pretty good Mother’s Day. Tat came over and we made baked ziti, salad, mozzarella and tomato appetizer, and lots of fruit for dessert. They really liked it and were happy to have had us cook.

Somewhere in this house…cause I know it has to be in this house…is a piece of very valuable software that I HAVE to find. I can not even fathom that I can’t find it. We wouldn’t have taken it anywhere. There’s no one we would have loaned it to. It should be in this room. And I can’t find it.

As you can see…I have a picture here from Flickr. It’s a really cool way to post pictures up to your blog and to the net to allow people to see them. I have been using TextAmerica and using the side bar to let you know when I update a picture. You can have it send you a notification as well. The only thing TextAmerica doesn’t do for me as much as I’d like is allow people to search for my pictures by tags. It would give me a ton of site exposure to have my picutres over at Flickr.

Sadly this icon doesn’t represent the mircale of me finding the software…but God did show mercy on me and we are able to download the updated version of the software from the company’s website. We were set up with a support account so we have access to the section that would in fact allow us to download it. Thank God for small miracles. I’m never going to live down the line of “the girl who lost 9k of software”. :sigh: But I suppose I can live with that as opposed living with knowing I did it AND there was no way for us to get it back unless we won the lottery.

I obviously missed my post last night. Daddy let us go to bed really early so I skipped over blogging. I plan to write more a little later and update you on stuff from yesterday but I wanted to write real quick and point out a few things. On the side bar you’ll see a new feature. This shows you all the recent comments since the last time you were here. It’s smart and leaves a cookie on your browser so it knows what you’ve read and what you haven’t. Once you read a comment it goes away from your recent comments menu until there are more for you to read. This will be particularly handy for me as there are comments I want to respond to that I might not get to as quick as I like. This will help me remember they are there. This will also help you to see if it’s something you want to take a peek at in case you were hoping in some universe somewhere that I was going to respond to something you said. Now you don’t have to let it get lost in the shuffle and never know if I DID reply to it or not.

This morning started out way early. 4 hours after we went to sleep, Daddy’s Mom woke me up to let me know she was going to Walmart, which consequently is near the Verizon store. Since Daddy’s phone needed to be fixed I shoved myself out of bed and went with his mom and aunt.

Hi there. We’re heading out to see Tat for lunch. I’d take pictures on my camera phone but it’s not working. Maybe I’ll take some with Daddy’s camera.
