Today was a very long day. At least it felt like it. My eyes are so tired they feel like they are burning out of my head. I didn’t really get to do everything I wanted but I did get to do some fun things. We went and saw Riddick again. We bought Pitch Black and it had a free movie ticket in it. So all told we paid like 4 bucks to get in. That was cool. 🙂

Since our Sensei is out of town, we are making sure to be there to teach so this will be a very full week of teaching. Tonight I taught two classes and then took my own, though ended up teaching a new guy. I really get into class…I have a lot of fun there.

Things don’t always work out the way you want them to. After class last night Daddy and I headed down to Tats. When we picked her up and headed to the diner we started talking about the BBQ plans and times and realized that our time schedules had been off. To come to the best compromise to allow his Mom to have the car, etc we dediced to come home after eating (and playing with the puppies for a few minutes) and then Daddy would head down to help set up, eat and break down this afternoon. I’m gonna hang out here at home and spend some movie time with his Mom and keep off my foot. Standing during class yesterday aggravated it.

Sadly we know that [[wp:Ronald Regan]] died. I also learned tonight that a few days ago [[wp:Ray Charles]] died. 🙁 Sad news to hear. I do have some other interesting news though, that is a bit on the lighter side. I found a link here of pictures of [[wp:Venus]] crossing infront of the sun. I would have loved to see this in person. But I can live with just pictures. 🙂

No…I didn’t die. I’ve just been majorly exhausted and sniffling from walking in the rain in DC. Daddy took some pictures that I’ll work on getting up as well as a few other things. 🙂

Well we’ll be heading out of there very soon on our way to Washington, DC! Lot’s of sight-seeing and relaxing and conversation. We’ll be back on Sunday night so you’ll see us Monday some time. It’s Tat’s and Daddy’s Anniversary. Today marks the day that Tat gave in and moved in with us. 🙂 I don’t know what their plans are to celebrate it but I know that we’re all happy that she decided to be with Daddy and us in general. 🙂

Well now that we are back and mostly rested from last weekend’s event…we are finishing up some work and getting ready to go to DC. Daddy, Tat, his Mom and I are going to DC to sight see over the weekend. I think it’ll be alot of fun! Now I gotta go pack again. LOL

Just a quick note to let you all know that Tat, Daddy, and I will be going out for the evening. Flagg is having a birthday dinner at a Brazilian BBQ resturant where you get all you can eat meat! We might go out and play after that. Just wanted to let you know where we’d be for the night.

Today I’m getting back on the horse. While I can’t do much aerobics because of my foot but it’s time to get back to eating as best as I can and starting a weight training program. I did measurements today and I’ve lost on my waist and hips but that’s all. I was shocked when I woke up and weighed myself. It was 158 and considering I ate 1/2 a pint of chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream last night I didn’t think I’d get that number. 🙂 I don’t know what happened but I hope it lasts..

I had fun playing 20 questions with Brandon and Adam tonight. It turned into more like 100 or so cause we spent 3 hours on the phone. Gotta love free long distance and free night minutes. 🙂 I haven’t felt so school-girlish since I was well…in school. I know that is the tacky saying but it’s true. Flirting, sex questions, bdsm questions…we all know where it’s leading. 🙂 Now lets hope I don’t chicken out when they finally do ask me to come and see them.
