Hi all š We had a good time at Hellfire last night. Iāll be writing up a member journal about it later this evening. Tat is on her way home and should be around in the chat room Iām sure later. Daddy and I are heading to the gym. Iāll be around later tonight as well.

Nothing special happened today. I got up and went to teach karate. This is becoming a habit. After 3 hours of standing around and correcting people Daddy and I hit the gym. I was goodā¦I forced myself to do 30 mins on the eliptical trainer. I lied to myself to get in that last 10 mins. š We swam and then got Wendyās and Iāve been home since. I did a little linking tonight for the Larp site and talked to Tat for a bit on the phone and then got absorbed into my book again. Itās just not right damn it. Itās a book Daddy likesā¦there fore I must not like it! RIGHT????? UGā¦.back to the book and then sleep.

Itās been a quiet day all around. Just one of those days I guess. I went and taught karate and then went to the gym with Daddy and helped him prepare for his test. Other then that itās been a very quiet day.

Sorry I dissapeard on you all today. I got up at 1:30 and went straight to the gym where Joe, my Trainer, worked me like a dog. The good newsā¦he says he thinks I look slimmer and Iāve gotten stronger because he increased the weights on just about all my excercises. From there I went home for 15 mins of lunch and then headed to the Dojo where I spent 3 hours on my feet teaching. It has been a very very long day. I came home, made food, and then fell into a coma. Iād intended on only napping but so much for that. I woke up around 4am and Daddy wanted to get some food so Iām gonna go do that and then probably go back to bed. The only good side to this is that Iāll be awake tomorrow during the day and youāll see me around. š

Howdy all. I spent a lot of today frustrated because I felt so tired. I know why I was and I know that it will only last a short time but my guilt got the better of me. We didnāt hit the gym today and I felt bad about that too. I was voting for not going cause I didnāt feel up to it, but I feel like I should have pushed through it and gone anyway. Other then that not much went on today. Iām reading the second book in the Gap series and Iām surprised how much Iām enjoying it.

Hi! Class was ok. I got āyelledā at for my situps and corrected on Judo but over all I did well. Iāll be teaching tomorrow. It will probably be just me and the Black Belt who usually teaches. I finished reading āThe Real Storyā by Stephen R. Donaldson and am about to start the second in the 4 part series. I spoke to my neurologist today and she upped my meds to 50mg in hopes that it will calm the current cycle and get me doing ok. I found out my mom takes the same med for pain so thatās pretty cool that it does work for it. Wednesday I have a blood test to see about my thyroid as well.

Hey all š Hope you had a good Easter. It was ok over here. I slept a little, ate dinner, and did a lot of writing. There is a new journal in the member section. And I have finished the Bio and Favorites sections on Kimiko Dreams.

I went to the gym today with Daddy. Wasnāt feeling up to working out but I helped him train and then got in the hot tub with him. By the time we were done Tat was here and we went out to the diner to eat. Weāll be heading to NYC soon and will probably be gone for the rest of the night. Talk to you all later. š

Hi guys. Sorry I havenāt been around today. Daddy woke me up this afternoon to figure out what we wanted to do and how we were going to do it. We had to teach at 5pm and he also wanted to get to the gym. I hauled my sorry butt out of bed and we ate, then I tried to find his boxing gloves and couldnāt so we skipped the gym and headed to karate. I always forget how much I enjoy teaching. I was fairly sick but shoved it aside to get the teaching done. I almost convinced us to stay and teach the 2nd and 3rd classes but was glad Daddy reminded me I wasnāt all that well.

Hey guys. Off to teach at Karate and try and get through my class. Went to the Dr. and he gave me some stuff to clear up the rest of the head cold. Heāll be waiting to test my Thyroid until Iām well and we talked about the hard time Iām having loosing weight. He pretty much said I would have to do it the hard way but there is also a theory that you need to eat according to your blood type so we might look into that. Not sure I buy it butā¦

Hey guys. Iām off to the gym but Iām still kinda sickly. Iām not gonna work out to hard but Daddy has to work out everyday until his Black Belt Test so I thought Iād go and keep him company while he sweats. Iām going to the Dr. tomorrow since Iām still sick and the meds ran out. After the gym weāll be heading to Flaggās for a LARP meeting.

Nothing new is going on. Iām still sick and I been sleeping all day. š Iāll be better soon Iām sure. The good news is being sick has helped me loose 2 lbs LOL! Seriously, Iām hoping I donāt have to sit out tomorrow at class and trying to figure out if I need to rearrange my Trainerās appointment so I can go teach on Tuesday. Talk soonā¦.K š

Well the damn cable modem has been acting up all day, so Iām just now getting around to saying hi. Tat and Daddy went to Flaggās for an Estate get together. I was suppose to go and serve but I was too sick to go. I canāt decide if that was a good thing or not. :smiles: Seriously, I really wished I could have gone. I stayed in bed though like a good girl so I can be better for Mondayās karate class. I slept a bit and then watched some tv.

Soā¦I havenāt talked about my fishies in a while. Right now the tank is sitting next to the bed so I can stare at them before I sleep. I have a really pretty beta, 3 neons, 2 tiger fish, 2 orange arrow tetras, a big bottom feeder, and 3 parrot fish. For the last three days my parrot fish (2 of them) have been pulling sand into their mouth and building a little barracade around this tiny house I have in the tank. Tonight we found out whyā¦.Iām an AUNT!!! My parrot fish had babies!!!! Tomorrow Daddy and I are gonna go get a divider so the little suckers have a chance to live. š Btwā¦a thanks to Tat for telling you all where I dissapeard to.
