Hi everyone. Wanted to let you know that the move went very well. We are almost done. We got up this morning at 8:30am and met the movers at Tat’s house around 9 or so. We scarfed some food and let them in and watched as they started loading the truck. Things moved really really fast. They followed us to her new house and things moved a little slower. LOL. No one told them that she was moving to a 2 story house. They did a good job though. They moved everything where she wanted it and she and I guided them while Daddy ran out for money and then water for the guys. By 12:30 it was pretty much done. <\/p>\n
We dropped Daddy back home and then Tat and I headed back to her place to do some more boxing, a little cleaning, and take care of getting the rest of her clothing to be laundered or pick up what had been. Since they’d bombed, everything was best cleaned right away.We went and got her kitties and they were confused as hell about their new home. It was pretty funny following them around while they merowed cause they’ed gone a floor up and lost “mommy”. <\/p>\n
There isn’t much left to be done. We have to finish boxing the kitchen and a closet or two, then move those boxes to her place. A quick sweep of the apartment and it’s really done. She’s suppose to get cable tomorrow (Saturday) sometime as well. We plan on trying to get her back up on the net as soon as we can.
