Hey guys! Today was a very busy day. Tat and I got up and headed to her first appointment. I slept through it…how sad is that? Then we headed to an OBGYN appointment god help me. We waited over an hour to be seen and didn’t get out until 5pm. We headed straight to my place where I downed some ceral then headed straight to teach and take my class. Class went well and I enjoyed the teaching. We got home and I ate and caught up with my mail, started research on a Majestic project I’m helping with and researched a few other things. <\/p>\n
Good news: I weigh 174 and going down. \ud83d\ude42 Unfortunately I won’t have much time to workout this week. Here’s what the schedule looks like. This also means I’m not going to be on my cam much.<\/p>\n
Tues: Few hours of work, Training appointment (weights and cardio), a bit more work, off to NYC to help Tes get ready for TES30 this weekend, off to Tat’s.
Wed: Beach with Tat, back to her place to probably hang until Daddy gets there. Heading back to the house. Some work on Majestic Project, Possible 30 min cardio
Thur: a bit of work, Teaching then Class, off to Tats most likely
Friday: chilling at Tat’s most likely, dinner with Tats and friends, work on Majestic from Tat’s.
Saturday: TES30..volunteering most of the day, a few workshops, Party
Sunday: Maybe more volunteering at TES30…home eventually…coma!
Monday: Class, Tuesday: Trainer<\/p>\n
