Ok so I’m running a little late! I got about 8 hours of sleep and got up just in time to be able to try and print out a photo for my Sensei. I had a horrible time finding the color card for the scanner so that we could scan in pictures accurately but found it right before we headed off to class. Class was pretty ok…The first class was the little kids and I got to spend alot of time helping them learn to roll over their shoulders and take a back breakfall. 10 mins before their class was over I got to get on my knees and show them how to take a fall from the throw where you nudge them in the middle of their chest then pull their legs out from beneath them. LOL Three of the kids thought it was really fun, one of the others who doesn’t much like falling was a little harder to convince. We finally got him to do it but I still think he’s leary of the whole thing. \ud83d\ude42 By the time my class came I was running out of steam but made it through the exercises so that’s good! <\/p>\n
After we got home we ate dinner then I came upstairs and did a little networking with some of the people playing Majestic. After talking to one of the guys who leads one of the top Majestic Fan sites he pointed me in the direction of the lead Developer for the Majestic game itself. So after a little hesitation I contacted him and with some delicate converstation ended up telling him about DotPublishing and that we were looking for funding. He asked for the url and mentioned that if we wanted to show him anything (like a proposal for what we want to do) we should show it to him….”we invest in people and projects”. I was on a total HIGH!! So I told daddy and we made some plans about what to do from here but we both agreed the Partnering with EA wouldn’t be a bad thing!!! SO everyone cross your fingers and pray for us.<\/p>\n
