Happy 4th guys. Yesterday went a little better then Monday. Actually I was ridding a pretty big high from the tough workout I did with Joe and by myself. He was very pleased with what I’d been eating so I was pretty happy. I was so not into working last night but I did some archives, some mail, and a few other minor things.<\/p>\n
There isn’t much on today’s schedule except the same old thing, work. I’m hoping to get motivated enough to go downstairs and tredmil but other then that I have journals, archives, and if I’m up to Keen to do.
