Okdoky! I’m back from my Trainer. He worked me hard but not hard enough to make me want to kill myself. We discussed my weight gain issue. He told me that concidering I’m eating better and working out more I shouldn’t be gaining weight. He also said that I wasn’t doing enough weight training to make the gain muscle. So…what the hell could it be. He recommended calling my Psychologist and Neurologist cause two of the drugs I take cause weight gain. <\/p>\n
So that’s what I did when I got home. Unfortunately the Psychologist and the Neurologist both think the other’s drugs are the problem. However when it comes down to it, if I have to change one of them, I’d rather wean off the depression one and get a little depressed then wean off the headache one and have headaches. So I talked my Psychologist into changing my Zoloft and putting me on Welbutrin. I’ll be weaning off of it for several weeks but can start the Welbutrin next week and work up to my dosage. It’s not suppose to cause weight gain and might even decrease it. So yeah me! Now all the work won’t be for nothing. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
