Hi gang. I live. I went to karate and taught last night. I took it pretty easy during my class though cause the sinus infection was acting up. I didn’t get to show everyone that I practiced the moves cause we didn’t do those moves last night. Oh well…guess it’s just more time to practice. I came home and passed out. I’m feeling a little better this morning. I can breath and my throat isn’t as sore. Good sign. Not sure what’s on the schedule for today.
