Hey gang! Quick note before I fly back out the door. Since ya haven’t really heard from me since last Tuesday sometime I thought I’d catch ya up on what’s been up with me:<\/p>\n
Trainer<\/b>: Been going to the gym as often as I can and working out at home when I can’t get there. Right now I’m about 5 to 6 days a week on cardio and 2 to 3 days a week on strength training. I’ve been trying to eat better but Joe, my Trainer has decided that until I drop 10 lbs he really doesn’t want me to eat anything that tastes really good like Coke, pasta, peanut butter and jelly, etc. :sigh: But I have a goal to meet now so I’m really working hard to reach it.<\/p>\n
Karate<\/b>: Karate is going good. I’ve been getting cut a little break from the teachers because Daddy’s convinced me to go in and help teach. I’ve actually been having a lot of fun teaching the little kids stuff. I even got proclaimed “a nice lady” today by one of the girls. LOL. My pushups are still bad but I’m working on them during workouts and at home so hopefully I’ll save my butt.<\/p>\n
LARPing<\/b>: As you saw from Tat’s note, Saturday is our first LARP in NYC. I’m all into this part of our company, so I’ve been filling in as an assistant to the Storytellers running the game. Wednesday Tat, Daddy and I went over to Flagg’s (who’s running the game for us) and helped him cut up the name tags and combat cards. Well…ok…Tat cut them out and we kinda watched but it was cool watching her work in lingerie! HEH…no we didn’t get pics but we intend to next time. :grins: Tonight, Daddy and I will be heading to Kinko’s and then back out to Flagg’s to help them prepare for tomorrow’s game. We have to head out at 10:30 or 11am and will be gone all day playing and running the LARP. We’ll take some pics that you will either see here or on the ThisNight site<\/a> and I’m sure that I’ll have a journal entry for it and maybe Tat will too. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n Girl2 EVENT<\/b>: Tat and I have been asked to be on the Webcam panel at DragonCon 2001<\/a>!!! We have already reserved our hotel rooms and we are seeing about running a LARP even as we speak. We would LOVE to see you if you came down. It will be in Atlanta on August 31st to Sept. 3rd. Should we find out that a group of people are coming we might even have “Dinner with G2”. So let us know<\/a><\/a> if you think you might come.<\/p>\n Anniversary<\/b>: And last but not least….Sunday is Daddy and I’s 6 year anniversary<\/i>. I hear he’s taking me out to dinner and I get a present!!! I love prezzies. Anyone got any ideas what I can get him?
