Hi \ud83d\ude42 Just wanted to let everyone know I made it through karate ok. I did my exercises and everything. I took an Imitrex before class and that dulled the pain enough to make it workable. I didn’t do the moves though cause we are working alot on head and neck bars.<\/p>\n
I’m praying (please everyone pray too.) that my Insurance company will say it’s ok for me to see the Neurologist I’m going to tomorrow. If not I either need to find another one or go through the major hassle of paying them 200 dollars then get 80 percent of it back through the Insurance. Everyone cross your fingers.
