Today has been a weird day. We slept from 8am til 4pm. I got up and Daddy took me straight to the gym for a 4:30 training session with my Trainer. I had no idea there were so many muscle groups. Each time I go in to work with him I think we’ve done all the exercises there are to do. But each time there are new ones. What I really like about working with him is that so far, it only really hurts the next few days after…not during the session. If it hurt that bad during the session I don’t think I’d be as in to doing them LOL> I am eagerly looking forward to my foot getting better (it’s feeling a bit better now) so that I can start doing cardio again. I did however, swim 10 laps after my session though. The pool was so wonderful. \ud83d\ude42 I spoke to him about my food intake and I so suck at eating. It seems like everything that tastes good is bad for ya. But we’ll work it out I guess. I’ve been good about not drinking coke but I haven’t cut out the butter LOL.
