Hi everyone! Thank you to everyone who was patient with me today in the chat room. It was great to be back and see you all. I have all the pictures here next to me and will be working on them over the next few days. I’ve got all my journals planned out in my head. In between doing that I’ll be looking for an investor or Angel for our company. That was the reason I was mostly quiet today. I sent out a lot of letters and spoke to a few people. \nI am writing in the hope that maybe you can point me at someone who can help. My company is Dotpublishing, Inc.<\/p>\n

We are a 3D animation company, we create virtual characters for games and asvertising as well as movies (think Final Fnatasy). These characters are becomming more and more popular for this type of thing. We are planning to expand our use of our talents into providing virtual characters and props\/costumes to other animation houses.<\/p>\n

In 3 months or so a major vendor of 3D software is bringing out a new version of their software. This will dramatically lower the cost of doing this work and expand an already fairly large market for characters and props.<\/p>\n

We have a deal in progress to be a first tier vendor with that company. This means that when someone looks for an add on via the built in button in the interface we will be one of 3-5 companies listed.<\/p>\n

Our research shows us that we will be able to make a profitable secondary business with the sale of these characters while we pursue client and internal animation projects.<\/p>\n

What we need to do now is have a ‘quiet’ time where we can focus on getting product and marketing ready for the launch of that software. This situation is further intensified by the loss of our main client due to financial problems on their end.<\/p>\n

Our capital needs are between 10K and 30K for the next 3-4 months, we should be self sufficient after that and able to begin repayment.<\/p>\n
