As always today was a busy day. \ud83d\ude42 I got up at 9:00 am so that I could take Daddy’s mom on a few errands and then drop her at work. I was going to borrow her car to get to a yoga class, then a chiropractic appointment at 11:30am. Daddy had some errands of his own and borrowed Tat’s car to do that.<\/p>\n
I got to yoga too early. Apparently, they start at 10:15am not 10am. So I hung out and ended up talking to a girl who use to go to my karate school until class started. Unfortunately, I only got through 30 mins of the class because I had to leave for my appointment.<\/p>\n
As I mentioned yesterday, my chiropractor is a new guy who just joined my Karate school. He was very funny while we got all the info down about my headaches and where I had neck pain. After taking XRAY’s, he put pulse electrodes on my back and a hot pack. That was really relaxing. Then I went for tracktion which can only be described as “silly looking” and kinda painful. But they had the rolly thinging under my back so it was livable. He stopped by to show me my XRAY’s and explain why my neck SO shouldn’t look the way it does. Without showing them to you, what you should understand is that a normal spine curves from the bottom slightly back. My neck kinda curves from the bottom for about an inch then angles forward. Not..right. He thinks he can help me, he just needs me to come in often. He has some exercises he wants me to do, etc. We’ll see how it works out.<\/p>\n
The rest of the day was pretty much the same. We did a lot of work and almost have a new website we are working on up. More of the same tomorrow.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
