Wednesday was pretty good for me. I got up relatively early to greet Daddy home. Before I could really go back to sleep Daddy’s mom got back and we hit the bank and then went and found me a good arm brace for my arm. Quite a while back I hurt it and now sometimes after fighting or working out it doesn’t really want to work. So this brace should help me when I’m using it.<\/p>\n
I came back home and took a short nap then got up to escort Daddy out to a client meeting. He dropped me off at the Dr’s so they could give me some samples of a med I take. Every little bit helps. \ud83d\ude42 I walked home but decided that I didn’t want to bike today and knew I couldn’t get to the gym so I took a walk. Surprising for me since I don’t really like the outdoors and I REALLY don’t like the heat.<\/p>\n
My walk took about 30 mins all told and then I found out it was 98 degrees outside. I was pretty proud of myself. It was really only the last 10 mins I didn’t want to do! I walked past our old house and it’s really changed. They took off the green siding on the front of the house and the people who own it have quite the green thumb. Lots of flowers and plants decorate the perimiter (look at me using big words) and there must be 9 large tomato plants in the back yard. It was pretty cool!<\/p>\n
