Well I did hit Curves about 15 mins before they were closing. They were good enough to stay open for me to finish my rounds. After that I headed to Yoga. Tonights class was a very gentle type of yoga, though no less difficult in some areas. My neck has been hurting alot so I didn’t do all of the moves but did as much as I could in the hour and half the class lasted. <\/p>\n
The yogi (no he’s not an old thin man) gives massages as well. He said he’d give me an hour and a half massage for 40 bucks. Do you have any idea what a steal that is? Well it is.
