We are going the 40\/40\/20 route. That&#8217;s 40 carbs, 40 protein, and 20 fat. After figuring out my numbers I have to eat 125 grams of protein every day. Easy for some&#8230;hard for me. I&#8217;m not big into protein but I&#8217;m working on it. The carbs won&#8217;t be a problem.
