Well we’re heading into Friday and it’s been a busy and fast week. Tonight I had karate. I only did half the class and watched the rest to give my arm a break. I also did 30 mins on the bike to make sure I worked out enough today. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

I’m looking forward to tomorrow night cause Tat is coming and we are going into the city for the meeting Daddy is talking in. \ud83d\ude42 She’s staying the night and we are going back into the city to hang out with Flagg and E for her birthday.<\/p>\n
