I even read over at <a href=\"http:\/\/g2stalkers.typepad.com\/\">Stalkers<\/a> that Tat is sore too. \ud83d\ude41 See&#8230;even &#8220;I&#8221; learn stuff by reading our Stalkers site. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m continuing with my earnest desire to workout to loose the weight I want to. I did an hour on the bike today and then took my karate class. I&#8217;ve gotten two compliments from Sensei&nbsp;since last week on how good I look fighting. That in and of itself is an accomplishment.<\/p>\n<p>Other then that I&#8217;m working away at the archives and misc other daily duties.
