While I can&#8217;t do much aerobics because of my foot but it&#8217;s time to get back to eating as best as I can and starting a weight training program. I did measurements today and I&#8217;ve lost on my waist and hips but that&#8217;s all. I was shocked when I woke up and weighed myself.
