I could have done cardio but I kinda flaked. My arm got hurt from last night&#8217;s matches and whenever I move it fast I end up bitching but it wouldn&#8217;t have stopped me from doing situps or cardio. I promise to make up for it Saturday (today).<\/p>\n<p>I did however get my hair colored and cut. I&#8217;ll take a pic and put it on the moblog so you can see it. \ud83d\ude42 I spent time updating things for PTI and cleaning at the dojo while Daddy taught tonight. I&#8217;m on a roll (knock on wood LOUDLY) 2 days without getting in trouble or making a big mistake from either Sensei or Daddy. Let&#8217;s keep those fingers crossed it keeps up.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ll be working out hard today and amusing myself a bit with COH after Daddy heads down to spend the night with Tat. I&#8217;m a bit envious they are heading out to a hotel but I&#8217;m glad they will get to spend some alone time since they haven&#8217;t really seen each other in over a week because of the snow. \ud83d\ude42 <\/p>\n<p>Things to keep in mind&#8230;careful with&nbsp;the bomb, be the bomb.
