Hey gang! I’m having a good time. Enjoying the pictures (despite the need to turn them?) What do you think of the hair?? I love it!! It didn’t quite go as planned and I’ll tell ya about that in a sec.<\/p>\n
Last night I went out to sushi (for those who didn’t listen to my ramble via voice) with my old best friend Rae and her husband known as Peter Pixie (yes..THE Peter Pixie). We went to a great sushi place and then hung out at their place for a bit before I came home and crashed. It was really nice visiting with them.<\/p>\n
I’ve been running errands with my mom and my dad let me barrow his truck to go out last night and to get my hair done this morning. I’m having a good time. So many places look different yet familiar. LOL<\/p>\n
So the hair thing. I’ve wanted to get it “tipped” for a while and was going to do it for Dcon but it didn’t work out. So I mentioned it to my mom and she said “well why don’t ya do it” then almost hit me when I told her I didn’t feel right barrowing the money to get it done. Apparently it’s “spoil your kid week”. But I’m trying to make up for it by helping her with her food and the errands and helping her pack and stuff.<\/p>\n
So we go get the blue hair dye and I go into the salon this morning. The woman I made the apt with goes “I’M not doing it” and then called one of her younger employees to do it. The woman did a great job and spent a lot of time on me. The blue didn’t take and I ended up looking like I was going gray…not being hip. She showed me how to style my hair to make it look cute with my short hair cut too. I like it. Hopefully I can convince Daddy that it’s cool. He really prefered I hadn’t gone red but it’s only gonna last a few weeks before I either have to dye it black again or touch up the color with red or even a different color (if he lets me). It’s cool for the cruise at least. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
So tonight we all sat down and planned our off ship excursions. The following are the things we are set to do. I am SO looking forward to the spa<\/a> and my mom said she even thinks that comes with the trip! I’ll be in heaven and almost spending every minute in there if it’s free!
