TesFest is gearing up and I&#8217;ve been doing my volunteer director duties every day now for a few weeks. I&#8217;m pretty proud of how it&#8217;s coming together. I&#8217;ve almost got all the volunteers we need&#8230;but not totally yet! Last night I decided (since I was still awake and jazzed about the stuff I was doing) to make a promo for TESFest and I LOVE how it turned out! <a href=\"http:\/\/www.powerinpractice.com\/podpress_trac\/web\/40\/0\/tesfest08_promo.mp3\">Listen here!!<\/a><\/p>\n<p>I also got another <a href=\"http:\/\/www.powerinpractice.com\">PowerInPractice<\/a> Episode up.<br \/>\nI&#8217;ve gotten all the voices cast for the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.guardiansnovel.com\">1st Chapter<\/a> and I&#8217;m hoping to record it tonight or tomorrow then piece it together. I&#8217;m very excited about it all.<\/p>\n<p>I also learned how to make databases and transfer them and whole sites from one server to the other. They haven&#8217;t all be flawless transitions but at least 2 of them are &#8230;.mostly working.
