I guess I caught the stomach flu! Alright…which one of ya did it!
Saturday night I passed out at Tat’s which a pretty serious headache but I chalked it up to the norm. But Sunday I passed out and pretty much slept all the way thru. Didn’t eat much neither. This morning I got up and tried to have some food but it made me sick to my stomach again. I’m going to sit out of karate and take it easy on the food choices. I’m sure it’s just a passing thing but that’s where I’ve been.
