Hi everyone. I’m over at Tat’s, so that’s why no cool icon. Don’t have one for my particular mood at the moment anyway. ;0 I won’t really have a chance to get to my computer when I get home cause it’s gonna be a busy day so I thought I’d just do a quick note here.
Tat and I hung out yesterday and had a really good time. She took me to the UMDNJ so that I could get a copy of my ER discharge papers. There was a huge deal yesterday morning when I called to see about getting my Synthroid updated. The Dr who was suppose to be there to do it wasn’t in. Then they told me that I was going to have to come in on Thursday afternoon to see a regular Dr in order to get referred to the appt. I already had for Friday morning. This kinda freaked me out because I didn’t really see it as being an option to go to both. That wasn’t totally true but we won’t get into that.
Reader’s Digest version…all I needed was my ER discharge papers as proof that someone had referred me to the Endocrinologist, making it unnecessary for me to go to both days. I got that and so…problem solved. Sadly…I caused myself a problem getting to that point but it’s all good.
After we got that taken care of we went to the Short Hills Mall, aka Rich People Land, and did some shopping in MAC (which I was dying to buy something in) and Vickies (ditto). I had a good time watching Tat look like she’d stumbled into a beautiful dream. I admit…it was a really really nice place.
We came back to her place, went and got some sushi, then came back and chilled. Today we are off back down to my place to go eat lunch with Daddy and his Cousin. Then we are headed into the city for Flagg’s Interoggation workshop. I can’t say what part I’m playing but I am looking forward to it.
I have some other things I want to tell you about but I don’t really have the time right now. I’ll do it later tonight when they drop me back home. I’ve been having a great time hanging out as a family but I do miss sleeping with Daddy. ๐ Things are ok today.
